Abstract
Timsko delo je tako v organizacijah javnega kot zasebnega sektorja poglaviten element uspešnosti organizacije. Enako misleči posamezniki se povezujejo v skupine z namenom doseganja skupnih ciljev. Pomemben element timskega dela je komunikacija. Vsak član lahko poda svoje mnenje, ki se ga tudi upošteva. Koordinator v timu se mora zanesti na posamezne člane v timu, jih pri njihovem delu usmerjati ter motivirati. Dobro timsko delo vključuje tudi konflikte. Ti imajo v nekaterih primerih nepopravljive posledice, v večini primerov pa so dobra vzpodbuda za spremembe in rast. Namen raziskave je bil proučiti področje timskega dela med zaposlenimi v organizaciji Bossplast, d. o. o. in na Občini Grosuplje ter ugotoviti, v kolikšni meri sodelujoči želijo delati v timu, kakšne izkušnje imajo z delom v timih in kakšen je odnos njihovih vodij. Za pripravo diplomskega dela sta bili uporabljeni metoda študije domače in tuje literature ter internetnih virov in metoda anketiranja. Uporabljen je bil anketni vprašalnik z vprašanji odprtega in zaprtega tipa. Raziskava je pokazala, da zaposleni v obeh organizacijah radi delajo v timu. Za uspeh celotnega tima je pomembna sproščena komunikacija med člani tima. Čustvena inteligenca pomembno vpliva na uspešnost posameznikov v timu in v odnosih do drugih članov tima. V raziskavi je bilo ugotovljeno, da se sodelujoči zavedajo, kako pomembno je timsko delo za organizacijo, vendar pa mora vodstvo organizacije sodelujoče še dodatno vzpodbujati in ozaveščati o pomembnosti takega dela. Seminarji na temo »Team buildinga« so priporočljiv del njihovega delovnika. Sodelujoče je treba ozaveščati tudi o pozitivnih posledicah konfliktov. Če se namreč konfliktne situacije dojema kot izziv in ne kot problem, imajo tako organizacija kot posamezniki več možnosti za spremembe in osebnostno rast ter za rast organizacije.

Title:TEAMWORK COMPARISON IN SELECTED ORGANIZATIONS
Abstract:
Teamwork is a key element for the success of various organization within public or private sector. Like-minded individuals are united into groups to achieve common goals of the organization. Communication is very important element of teamwork. Each member has the right to express his/her opinion and all the opinions should be taken into consideration. The head of the team must rely on individual team members and show trust to them in their work and guide and motivate them. Quality teamwork also includes conflicts and disagreements. These are good incentive for change and growth, but can also have irreversible consequences. The purpose of the study was to examine the scope of teamwork among the employees in organization Bossplast, d. o. o. and the Municipality of Grosuplje and determine the extent to which participants wish to work in a team, what kind of experience they have with teamwork and the attitude of their leaders. For the preparation of the thesis were used method study of domestic and foreign literature and Internet sources and method of interviewing. Used was a questionnaire with questions opened and closed. The survey showed that employees in both organizations enjoy working in a team. Relaxed interaction between team members and team lead is essential for the success of the whole team. Emotional intelligence has a significant impact on the performance of individuals in the team and in relations with other team members. The study found that the participants are aware of the importance of teamwork for the organization, but it should lead participating organizations to further promote and raise awareness of the importance of such work. Events where "team building" is a chosen topic are a recommended part of their working hours. Participating is also necessary to raise awareness of the positive consequences of the conflict. Organization and individuals have more opportunities for change and personal growth if conflict situations are perceived as a challenge and not as a problem.
