Abstract
Raziskali smo potek sedanje (antropogene) gozdne meje in preučili vegetacijo nad njo, ter predvideli njen nadaljnji sukcesijski razvoj in potek proti prihodnjim združbam.

Title:
Successional vegetation development of upper timberline on southern slope of Begunjščica.
Abstract:
In the thesis we have shown successive vegetation development on formerly deforested areas of south slopes of mountain Begunjščica. 12 censuses of plots and 16 censuses of slope patches were made in the field. We have listed 238 vegetation species using Central European Phytocenological method. We divided those into 3 different types of associations. We have analyzed the course of the present (anthropogenic) forest border and the vegetation above it. We predicted it's future succession development and the course towards the future associations.
