Abstract
Promocija zdravja na delovnem mestu predstavlja ciljane aktivnosti in ukrepe, ki jih delodajalec izvaja, da ohranjanja in krepi telesno ter duševno zdravje delavcev. Zakon o delovnih razmerjih (Ur. l. RS, št. 43/2011) v 32. členu delodajalca zavezuje, da mora promocijo zdravja na delovnem mestu načrtovati ter zanjo zagotoviti potrebna sredstva. To lahko zagotovi tudi tako, da imajo delavci ergonomsko urejeno delovno okolje, ki ga skupaj z ostalimi strokovnjaki načrtuje sanitarni inženir. Namen prispevka je na osnovi analize dveh vprašalnikov o počutju delavcev na delovnem mestu in razumevanju oziroma dojemanju pomena ergonomije na njihovem delovnem mestu predlagati ukrepe. Vprašalnika so izpolnjevali zaposleni v vrtcu v osrednjeslovenski regiji leta 2014; prvega v mesecu februarju (N = 100) ter drugega v avgustu (N = 46). Izbrane spremenljivke smo analizirali glede na oceno delavcev o urejenosti delovnega okolja ter na starostno skupino in vrsto zaposlitve sodelujočih v raziskavi. Z analizo prvega vprašalnika smo ugotovili, da večina anketirancev svoje delo opisuje kot zanimivo, so s svojim delovnim mestom zadovoljni in so mnenja, da je varnost na delovnem mestu zagotovljena. Z analizo drugega vprašalnika se je izkazala statistično najbolj značilna povezava med poznavanjem pojma ergonomije in vrsto zaposlitve, med starostno skupino in željo po pogostosti predavanj o ergonomiji ter vrsto stola na delovnem mestu. Priporočila, pomembna za načrtovanje sprotnega izobraževanja, vključujejo tako promocijo zdravja kot ključne elemente ergonomije za opravljanje specifičnih delovnih nalog.

Title:The role of sanitary engineers in creating better working conditions for kindergarten employees
Abstract:
Health promotion at the workplace represents targeted activities and actions carried out by the employer to maintain and improve physical and mental health of workers. Employment Relationship Act (No. 43/2011) in article 32 obliges the employer for the promotion of workplace health plan and the necessary resources for it. This can be ensured by ergonomic working environment, which can be planned by sanitary engineer, together with other experts. Propose actions based on the analysis of two questionnaires on the welfare of workers in the workplace and understanding or perception of the importance of ergonomics in their workplaces. Questionnaires were filled by employees in the nursery field in the central region of Slovenia in 2014; first in February (N = 100) and the second in August (N = 46). The selected variables were analysed regard to working environment criteria, the age and type of employment involved in the study. The analysis of the first questionnaire shows that most of the respondents described their work as interesting, with their jobs, satisfied and believe that workplace safety is guaranteed. The analysis of the second questionnaire has proven to be the most statistically significant correlation between knowledge of the concept of ergonomics and type of employment between the age group and the frequency of lectures on ergonomics and the type of chair in the workplace. The recommendations relevant for planning the continuous education, involving health promotions as key elements of ergonomics to perform specific tasks.
