Slovenia is known for its natural sights, which includes the Karst terrain and numerous karst caves. Karst cave named Ulica pečina is unique due to its two entrances and, consequently, the overburden, as this causes major fluctuations in temperatures during the seasons. In the Master's thesis, terrestrial laser scanning has been applied to determine the movement of the soil in the Karst cave Ulica pečina. These soil movements in the karst cave, which arise due to meteorological influences, were determined on the basis of two measurements in different periods of time. In the practical part of the Master's thesis, a local geodetic network was set up in the cave using a classical tachymetric measurements and the cave has been scanned using a terrestrial laser scanner. The local geodetic network has been adjusted and the movements of the points analyzed to determine the stability of the network points. The scanning data was processed with RiSCAN PRO. Afterwards it was mutually analyzed and compared with CloudCompare. The results of the analysis of point clouds of scans in two different time periods were evaluated and the interesting areas of soil pits were displayed.
