Leseno otroško igralo za vzpodbujanje motoričnega razvoja otrok

Abstract
V teoretičnem delu diplomskega dela sem raziskala psihofizični razvoj otrok ter dejavnike, ki vplivajo na razvoj otrok. Podatke iz raziskovalnega dela sem pridobivala s pomočjo kvalitativne metode (poglobljeni intervju z vzgojiteljicami iz različnih vzgojno-izobraževalnih ustanov). Vsebina zajema opazovanje otrok in raziskovanje stroke, ki se ukvarja z vzgojo otrok, ter njihovimi različnimi metodami. Predstavljeni so tako javni kot tudi Montessori in waldorfski pristopi. Poudarek je na waldorfski pedagogiki, ki je bila ena izmed glavnih vodil oblikovanja. Upoštevala sem tudi varnost, pri čemer sem vključila standard za certificiranje igral SIST:EN 1176:2018 v sodelovanju s centrom za testiranje in certificiranje Biotehniške fakultete Ljubljana, Oddelkom za lesarstvo ter s strokovnjaki na področju arhitekture in gradbeništva. Tako sem želela izdelati igralo – plezalo, ki bo vzpodbujalo otroke h gibanju, ki je zanje predvsem zabavno in prijetno. Obenem pa bo igralo na prijeten način krepilo njihove sposobnosti za ravnotežje, moč, koordinacijo in socializacijo. Ob upoštevanju vseh zahtev, tako oblikovalskih kot varnostnih, je nastalo igralo – plezalo.

Title:Wooden Toy for Stimulating Motor Skills of Children
Abstract:
In the theoretical part of the diploma thesis, I researched the psycho-physical development of children and the factors that influence the development of children. I obtained data from the research part, with the help of qualitative method (in depth interview with educators of different educational institutions). The content covers the observation of children and the research of the profession which deals with the education of children and their different methods. Public, Montessori and Waldorf approaches are presented with a greater emphasis on the Waldorf approach, as this was also one of the design principles. I also took safety into account, as I included the certification standard of playground equipment SIST:EN1176:2018 in collaboration with the Testing and Certification Center of the Biotechnical Faculty Ljubljana, Department for Wood Science, including the experts in the field of architecture and construction. Thus, I wanted to build a playground climber that will encourage children to move, which is first and foremost fun and pleasant for them. At the same time the playground climber will strengthen their ability to balance, strength, coordination and socialization in a pleasing way. Taking into account all the design and safety requirements, a playground climber was created.
