Abstract
Marsikateri mladi se v nekem trenutku svojega življenja znajdejo pred izzivom pridobitve službe, najsi bo to zaradi pomanjkanja izkušenj ali izobrazbe. V mladinskem centru Črnuče smo s sodelavci ta problem zaznali in se odločili, da naredimo projekt z mladimi, ki bo namenjen mladim. Projekti, ki so narejeni v sodelovanju s ključno populacijo, so dolgoročno bolj uspešni in vzdržni. Brez analize potreb pa njihovega inputa ne bi bilo, zato smo se odločili narediti analizo potreb po neformalnem izobraževanju in ugotoviti, kako si mladi predstavljajo ta projekt, kakšne so njihove želje in potrebe. Cilj magistrskega dela je narediti analizo potreb po neformalnem izobraževanju mladih na območju Četrtne skupnosti Črnuče in na podlagi rezultatov izoblikovati projekt za mlade, med 15. in 29. letom, ki bo služil kot okvir za njihovo udejstvovanje. Na podlagi opravljene raziskave je bilo ugotovljeno, da mladi poleg potreb po znanju in izkušnjah potrebujejo tudi večjo samozavest in morajo premagati strahove. Intervjuvani mladi želijo dopolniti znanja v menedžerskih, promocijskih, pisarniških veščinah in veščinah ustvarjalnosti.

Title:
Assesment of youth learning needs as a base for the project Basement
Abstract:
A lot of young people in Slovenia come to a point in their life when they want to get a job but cannot. Especially because of economic crisis young people are struggling to find a steady job which will give them stability. As youth centre located in Črnuče, Ljubljana we came across that problem and wanted to help our youth so we decided to make a project and help them out. We believe that the best and more successful projects are made along with the people which the project is for. In this assessment of youth learning needs we are finding out what kind of needs and wishes youth in Ljubljana have. As a result of this assessment a project Basement will be made. Findings suggestes that asked youth is in need of a skills but also in need of empowerment as much as skills. Interwied youth wanted to brush on and add skills in management, promotion, administration skills and creativity.
