Izboljšanje internega in eksternega komuniciranja z digitalizacijo v podjetju Revoz

Abstract
Z izmenjavo in posredovanjem informacij komuniciramo oziroma se sporazumevamo. Interna ali notranja komunikacija je izmenjava informacij znotraj podjetja za poslovne namene. Komunikacija, ki se dogaja med dvema ali več organizacijami, ali med podjetjem in mediji, se imenuje zunanja ali eksterna komunikacija. Digitalizacija v podjetjih pomeni izboljšanje delovnih operacij, poslovnih funkcij in dejavnosti. V Revozu za interno komuniciranje uporabljajo e-pošto, intranet, informacijske TV-ekrane, mobilno aplikacijo Inside'R ter publikaciji »Aktualno za sodelavce Revoza« in »Revozov klub«. Podjetje eksterno komunicira predvsem z mediji in javnostjo preko spletne strani, letnega poročila, socialnih omrežij in z novinarskimi konferencami. Velik del proizvodnje je robotiziran, digitalizacija pa je prisotna tudi z informacijskimi TV-ekrani, ki so zamenjali komunikacijske panoje. Skupina Renault ima na svoji spletni strani objavljene smernice za pomoč pri oblikovanju grafičnih izdelkov. V diplomski nalogi je predstavljena celostna grafična podoba Skupine Renault. Prikazani so trenutni izdelki v podjetju Revoz in predlogi za izboljšanje in posodobitev izdelkov, da bodo v skladu s smernicami Skupine Renault.

Title:Improving internal and external communication by means of digitalization at Revoz company
Abstract:
Communication is a process of transfering information from one person, or group, to another. Internal communication is the exchange of information within a company for business purposes. External communication is what happens between two or more organizations, or between the company and the media. Digitalization in companies vastly improves work operations, business functions and activities. Internal communication within Revoz company includes mailing lists, intranet, TV information screens, mobile application »InsideʼR« and the publications »Aktualno za sodelavce Revoza« and »Revozov Klub«. The company communicates externally with the media and the public primarily through its website, the annual report, social media and press conferences. A large part of the company is robotized, and communication boards have been replaced with TV information screens, which are a result of the digitalization within the company. Groupe Renault published on its website the guidelines for designing graphic products. In this Thesis we presented an overall design of Groupe Renault, as well as current graphic products of Revoz company and our suggestions for more modernized and updated products, which are in compliance with Groupe Renault guidelines.
