V diplomski nalogi so zbrani in analizirani do sedaj odkriti pokopi v sarkofagih iz poznorimskih grobišč Emone. Zbrala sem čim več znanih podatkov o lokaciji sarkofagov, antropoloških analizah, orientaciji pokopa, materialu izdelave sarkofaga, izdelavi, dimenzijah in grobnih pridatkih. Kronološko sodijo v čas med sredino 3. in prvimi desetletji 5. stoletja.

• Title: Burials in sarcophagi on late Roman cemeteries in Emona

Abstract

In the thesis paper, there are collected and analyzed so far discovered burials in sarcophagi found in the late Roman cemeteries in Emona. I collected as much data as possible about the location of sarcophagi, anthropological analysis, orientation of burial, production material of sarcophagi, production, dimensions, and grave goods. Chronologically, they belong in the period between the middle of the 3rd century to the first decades of the 5th century.
