Abstract
Zadovoljni zaposleni predstavljajo glavni pogoj za uspešen in učinkovit razvoj organizacije. Zagotavljanje zadovoljstva ob delu je zaposlenemu največja nagrada, ki mu jo podjetje lahko nudi. V diplomskem delu je predstavljena raziskava dejavnikov zadovoljstva zaposlenih v izbrani organizaciji. Namen diplomskega dela je z raziskavo teh dejavnikov organizaciji omogočiti zagotavljanje zadovoljstva in ugotoviti trenutno zadovoljstvo v organizaciji. Cilj diplomskega dela je raziskati dejavnike, ki imajo največji vpliv na zadovoljstvo zaposlenih. V teoretičnem delu diplomskega dela so predstavljeni različne opredelitve pojma zadovoljstva zaposlenih, pomen zadovoljstva zaposlenih za organizacijo, posledice zadovoljstva in nezadovoljstva ter dejavniki zadovoljstva. V empiričnem delu diplomskega dela pa je bila opravljena anketa v organizaciji glede dejavnikov zadovoljstva. Z raziskavo smo želeli ugotoviti, kateri dejavniki imajo na zaposlene v organizaciji največji vpliv in kateri najmanjšega, kako so zaposleni trenutno zadovoljni na delovnem mestu in kaj bi lahko glede dejavnikov v organizaciji še izboljšali, da bi se zadovoljstvo povečalo. Pri preverjanju hipotez smo ugotovili, da so ženske na najvišje mesto uvrstile dejavnika odnos z nadrejenim in odnos med sodelavci, medtem ko so moški na prvo mesto uvrstili dejavnik vzpostavljanje ravnotežja med delom in družino. Za zvišanje zadovoljstva zaposlenih v izbrani organizaciji bi lahko po mnenju zaposlenih naredili največ glede dejavnika seznanitev z načrtovanjem, saj so ga zaposleni izpostavili kot dejavnik, ki potrebuje izboljšavo. Rezultati raziskave so pokazali, da imata po mnenju zaposlenih na njihovo zadovoljstvo pri delu največji vpliv dejavnika odnos med sodelavci in odnos z nadrejenim. Na splošno je bilo ugotovljeno, da so zaposleni v proučevani organizaciji zadovoljni.

Title:RESEARCH ON THE FACTORS ON EMPLOYEE SATISFACTION IN SELECTED ORGANISATION
Abstract:
Satisfied employees are an essential prerequisite for organizations to be successful and develop well. Providing job satisfaction is the greatest reward for an employee the company can offer. The diploma thesis presents research on the factors of employee satisfaction in a selected organization. The purpose of the diploma thesis is to enable the organization to provide employee satisfaction and to determine whether the employees are currently satisfied with the organization. The goal of the diploma thesis is to investigate the factors with the greatest impact on employee satisfaction. The theoretical part thus presents the possibilities of defining the concept of employee satisfaction, the importance of employee satisfaction for the organization, the consequences of satisfaction and dissatisfaction, and factors of satisfaction. In the empirical part of the diploma thesis, a survey was conducted in the organization regarding satisfaction factors. The research wanted to find out which factors have the greatest impact on the employees of the organization, which ones have the smallest, how they are currently satisfied in the workplace, and what could be improved within the organization to increase satisfaction. When examining the hypotheses, we found that women ranked the relationship with the superior factor and the relationship between co-workers factor highest, while men ranked the work-family balance factor highest. To increase the satisfaction of the employees in the selected organization, according to the employees, the organization could work on the factor of familiarization with the planning, as the employees ranked it as a factor in need of improvement. The results of the research showed that, according to the employees, the most important factors are their relationship with their colleagues and their relationship with their superior. In general, the employees of the studied organization were found to be satisfied.
