The thesis covers the literature rewiev in the scope of cutting, deformation cutting and workability of materials. In this work is presented the problem of influence of material properties on deformation cutting and failure to achive required length and design tolerances. We also presented the sites where experiments and measurments were performed.
In the experimental part of thesis we tried to prove how diferent material properties affect to the deformation cutting proces and to achivement to the desired results. The sample pieces were manufactured under the same candition as the batch pieces are made, to make results as realistic as possible. On the samples pieces we made measurements and analyzes on the material.
Based on the analyzes and results of measurments, we have finally identified which of the four materials has the most favorable effect on the proces and contributes to a more reliable proces.
