Analiza tehničnega stanja škropilnic v okviru rednih pregledov naprav za nanos fitofarmacevtskih sredstev

Redni pregledi naprav za nanos fitofarmacevtskih sredstev (FFS) se v Republiki Sloveniji opravljajo že od leta 1995. Namen je ugotoviti tehnične napake na škropilnicah, ki vplivajo na samo izvedbo škropljenja, kakovost nanosa FFS in varovanja okolja. Preglede škropilnic na terenu izvajajo v skladu s Pravilnikom o zahtevah glede pravilnega delovanja naprav za nanašanje fitofarmacevtskih sredstev in o pogojih ter načinu izvajanja njihovih pregledov (Pravilnik o zahtevah …, 2013). V njem so podrobno predstavljene tehnične zahteve, ki jih morajo izpolnjevati škropilnice, oprema za preglede škropilnic in še drugi pogoji glede kadrov, prostorov itd. V diplomskem delu smo analizirali tehnične napake, ki se pojavljajo na škropilnicah v okviru rednih pregledov na terenu. Poleg tega smo ugotovili dejansko tehnično opremljenost škropilnic, kot so šobe z zmanjšanim odnašanjem, dodatni rezervoar za vodo, membranski protikapni ventili itd. Ugotovili smo tudi površino njiv, ki jih škropijo lastniki škropilnic. Skupno smo pregledali 108 traktorskih škropilnic.

• Title: Analysis of the technical state of sprayers in the context of regular inspections of plant-protection products

Abstract

Regular testing of devices for the application of plant protection products (PPP) in the Republic of Slovenia has been carried out since 1995. The purpose is to identify the technical defects on the sprayers that affect the spray application itself, the quality of the PPP application and the environmental protection. Testing of sprayers is carried out in accordance with the Rules on requirements for the proper functioning of plant-protection devices and the conditions and method of carrying out their inspections (Pravilnik o zahtevah …, 2013). This document details the technical requirements that sprayers must-have, their equipment for sprayers inspections and other conditions regarding space, etc. In this diploma we analyzed the technical errors that occur on sprayers as part of regular inspections. In addition, we have identified the actual technical equipment of sprayers such as nozzles with reduced drift, an additional water tank, diaphragm anti-drip valves, etc. We also found the area of the fields that are being sprayed by the sprayer owners. There were 108 tractor sprayers inspected and analyzed.
