Abstract
V diplomskem delu je opisan proces izdelave celostne grafične podobe in spletnega mesta za podjetje, ki se ukvarja z nepremičninskim posredovanjem. Pomembnost kakovostnega spletnega mesta je vedno večja, saj je ta vse bolj pogosto prvi stik, ki ga podjetje naveže s potencialnim kupcem. Na podlagi izkušnje si obiskovalec ustvari mnenje o podjetju in se odloči, ali s podjetjem v nadaljnjem želi poslovati. S tem v mislih je bilo ustvarjeno spletno mesto Slo-dom. Podjetje se ukvarja z nepremičninskim posredovanjem, na trgu pa je novo, zato je prvotni namen spletnega mesta predstavitev trgu in doseg širšega občinstva. V eksperimentalnem delu diplomskega dela je opisan proces izdelave celostne grafične podobe, od definicije ciljev, preko procesa izdelave do končnega izdelka. Postopek gradnje spletnega mesta se v prvem koraku dela začne z analizo trga, nadaljuje z določanjem ciljnih skupin in reprezentativnega uporabnika, idejne zasnove in informacijske arhitekture, nato je predstavljen sam proces izdelave spletnega mesta in končni produkt. Celostna grafična podoba je bila ustvarjena s pomočjo programa Adobe Illustrator, izvedba spletnega mesta pa je potekala z uporabo sistema za upravljanje vsebin WordPress in gradnika Divi. Analiza uporabnosti spletnega mesta je bila izvedena s pomočjo intervjujev. Ugotovljeno je bilo, da je spletno mesto po mnenju poskusnih uporabnikov všečno iz oblikovnega vidika, pri uporabi so uporabniki zadovoljni, prav tako pa so ustrezne določene funkcionalnosti in je dosežen pričakovan nivo uporabnosti.

Title:Visual identity and website of a real estate agency
Abstract:
This thesis describes the process of creating a corporate visual identity and a website for a real estate company. The importance of a quality website is becoming more essential since this is often the first contact that a company makes with a potential buyer. Based on this experience, the visitor creates an opinion about the company and decides whether they want to do business with them in the future. With this in mind, we started to create the website Slo-dom. The company is new in the market of real estate brokerage, so the primary purpose of the website is to present the company to the market and reach a wider audience. In the thesis, the experimental work described the process of creating a corporate visual identity starting with the definition of goals, then defining the creative process and in the end, the final product. The process of building a website starts with the analysis of the market, continues with the definition of target groups and a representative user, conceptual design and information architecture, and finally the process of creating a website and the final product. The corporate visual identity was created using Adobe Illustrator, and the creation of the website was done using the WordPress content management system and Divi builder. Testing the website's performance was done through interviews. It was found that the website, according to test users, is successful in terms of aesthetics and functionality and achieves the expected level of usability.
