Abstract
V diplomski nalogi smo predstavili osnovne boksarske tehnike, ki so primerne predvsem za tiste, ki se z boksom niso še nikoli srečali. Tehnike so opisane na enostaven način, po korakih in so zato vsakomur dostopne. Težavnost izvedbe tehnik lahko prilagodimo posamezniku glede na starost, spol in telesno pripravljenost. Uvod naloge obsega opis osnovne boksarske opreme in pripomočkov. V jedru so predstavljeni osnovni boksarski udarci in njihove kombinacije. Poleg tega so opisani tudi osnovni obrambni gibi ter najpogostejše napake začetnikov. Vse tehnike so natančno opisane in podkrepljene s slikovnimi prikazi. Nadalje naloga vsebuje tudi praktični primer treninga za lažje razumevanje in celovitejši vpogled v športno panogo ter praktične nasvete glede opreme in priprave na vadbo. Glavni namen naloge je omogočiti začetnikom samostojno učenje in treniranje tega športa. Naloga lahko predstavlja pomoč športnim pedagogom in inštruktorjem skupinskih vadb, ki želijo predstaviti šport boksa ali popestriti ure športne vzgoje.

Title:Boxing as a sports recreational training
Abstract:
In my thesis, I presented basic boxing techniques, which are suitable especially for those who have never encountered boxing before. The techniques are described in a simple, step-by-step manner and are therefore accessible to anyone. The difficulty of performance can be adjusted to the individual according to age, gender and physical fitness. In the content is listed fundamental boxing equipment and accessories. Basic strikes and combinations are described. In addition, basic defense moves and the most common mistakes made by beginners are described. The material also contains a practical example of training for easier understanding and more comprehensive insight into this sporting discipline. Finally, we added some practical tips on equipment and training. The main purpose of the thesis is to enable beginners to learn and train this sport independently. The thesis project can be of assistance to sports teachers and group exercise instructors who want to introduce boxing or to enrich their physical education classes.
