Abstract
V magistrski nalogi je predstavljena sistemska rešitev za določitev ocene stanja regulacijskega stikala na podlagi rezultatov vzdrževanja, analiz in trendov. Tehniški predpisi elektroenergetskih postrojev opredeljujejo vzdrževanje kot poslovno funkcijo v prenosu in distribuciji električne energije. Glavni cilj je ohranitev elektroenergetskih postrojev in naprav v tehniško brezhibnem stanju v skladu s predpisi ali navodili proizvajalca/vzdrževalca opreme. Preventivno vzdrževanje regulacijskih stikal energetskih transformatorjev je pomembno tako iz funkcionalnega kot ekonomskega vidika. Analiza preventivnega vzdrževanja regulacijskih stikal energetskih transformatorjev zajema veliko število revizij, ki se razlikujejo po obsegu in zahtevnosti izvedbe. Analiza zbranih podatkov o revizijah zajema tako različne proizvajalce kot tipe reglacijskih stikal. Skrbno in sistematično vodenje in organiziranje preventivnega vzdrževanja ob pravočasnih preventivnih ukrepih omogoča kvalitetno obratovanje energetskih transformatorjev in s tem varno in zanesljivo obratovanje prenosnega in distribucijskega sistema električne energije. S pojavom novih tehnologij regulacijskih stikal so nastali tudi novi pogoji za razmislek o načrtovanju in izvedbi preventivnega vzdrževanja po času. Cilj naloge je bil ugotoviti, kakšno je stanje oljnega regulacijskega stikala M III 500Y 72.5/B 1018 3W proizvajalca Maschinenfabrik Reinhausen. Opravljenih je bilo več meritev, ki kasneje vplivajo na samo stanje stikala. Izmerjena je bila upornost navitja, kemične lastnosti olja ter samo delovanje regulacijskega stikala. Na koncu magistrske naloge je podano mnenje o tem, kakšno je stanje omenjenega regulacijskega stikala.

Title:Maintenance of power transformer tap changer based on device state analysis
Abstract:
The master's thesis presents a system solution for determining the condition assessment of the tap changer based on the results of maintenance, analysis and trends. Technical regulations of power networks define maintenance as a business function in the transmission and distribution of electricity. The main objective is to maintain assets in a technically sound condition in accordance with the regulations or instructions of the manufacturer/maintainer of the equipment. Preventive maintenance of the power transformer tap changers is important both from a functional and economical point of view. Analysis of preventive maintenance of power transformer tap changers cover a large number of audits, which vary in scope and complexity. The analysis of the collected audit data covers both different manufacturers and types of tap changers. Careful and systematic management and organization of preventive maintenance with timely preventive measures enables the quality operation of energy transformers and thus the safe and reliable operation of the electricity transmission and distribution system. With the advent of new tap changer technologies, new conditions have emerged to reflect on the design and implementation of preventative maintenance over time. The objective of the thesis was to determine the condition of the oil tap changer M III 500Y 72.5 / B 1018 3W manufactured by Maschinenfabrik Reinhausen. Several measurements were made which later affect the state of the tap changer. The resistance of the winding, the chemical properties of the oil and the operation of the tap changer were measured. At the end of the master's thesis, an opinion is given on the state of the tap changer.
