Abstract
Za raziskavo smo uporabili anketni vprašalnik, ki smo ga priredili po vprašalniku Z zdravjem povezan življenjski slog (CINDI, 2012) in lestvici telesne dejavnosti PALMS (Motives for adult participation in physical activity: type of activity, age, and gender, 2015). Ugotovili smo še, da so anketiranci s trenutno programsko ponudbo delno zadovoljni, vendar si želijo imeti v ponudbi dodatne programe in termine vadb.

Title:analysis of behavior style and motives for fitness exercise by SportClub fitness (center) members
Abstract:
The purpose of the study was to examine the behavioral style and motivations for fitness training with members of the SportClub Fitness Center and to find out how satisfied they are with the fitness center's current offering. The survey was conducted in June 2019. The survey surveyed 120 members of the SportClub Fitness Center (50 % male and 50 % female). We used a survey, based on the Healthy Lifestyle Questionnaire (CINDI, 2012) and the PALMS (Motives for adult participation in physical activity: type of activity, age, and gender, 2015) questionnaire. The questionnaire also covered questions about customer satisfaction with the fitness center's current offering. The survey questionnaire identified the lifestyle of SportClub members in terms of eating habits, mental stress, physical activity in their leisure time, alcohol consumption and smoking. We also examined respondents' motivations to exercise at the SportClub Fitness Center and their satisfaction with the current program offer. Data were analyzed using SPSS statistical programs for Windows. An analysis of the results shows that a larger proportion (67.50 %) of respondents enjoy breakfast every day, regardless of gender and age. The majority of respondents, regardless of gender and age, face psychological distress only occasionally (56.00 %). Most of the respondents (39.10 %), regardless of gender and age, are physically active 1–2 days a week, moderately intense. There were no differences in the frequency of wine consumption between the sexes and age groups. Most respondents drink wine a few times a year (31.70 %). Significant statistical differences (p = 0.000) between the sexes were observed with the frequency of beer consumption. Men drink beer more often than women. There were no differences in frequency of beer consumption by age. We find that beer is never drunk by 30.80 % of respondents. Most respondents (63.30 %) do not smoke and have never smoked. There were significant statistical differences in exercise motives for SportClub members with respect to age (p = 0.000). We have also found that the respondents with the current program offer are partially satisfied, but they want to have additional programs and training schedules available. The data is useful for anyone involved in the design and implementation of fitness training.
