Analiza možnosti za urbano vrtnarjenje na območju četrtne skupnosti Ljubljana Vič

Na ravni strehi lahko zgradimo vrt ali park, pridelujemo zelenjavo ali prostor uporabljamo v rekreacijske namene. Pojem zelena streha ni nov, poznali so ga že v neolitiku, približno 10.000 let nazaj, vrtovi na strehah pa danes predstavljajo posebno mestno kmetijsko nišo. Glavni namen magistrske naloge je dobiti oceno zanimanja stanovalcev blokovskih naselij, v četrtni skupnosti Ljubljana Vič, za vrtove na strehah s pomočjo anketnega vprašalnika. Magistrsko delo tako obravnava različne tehnologije mestnega vrtnarjenja s poudarkom na vrtovih na strehah. Predstavljene so uspešne prakse vrtov na strehi, tako v tujini, kot v Sloveniji. Podrobneje je predstavljen Evropski raziskovalni projekt Foodmetres, kjer se ukvarjajo s problematiko uvajanja in upravljanja kratkih živilsko oskrbovalnih verig. V nadaljevanju so predstavljeni rezultati anketnega vprašalnika, ki smo ga izvedli med prebivalci blokovskih naselij v četrtni skupnosti Ljubljana Vič in intervjuji s profesorico Darjo Silan, upokojenim profesorjem dr. Gojkom Staničem in gradbeno inženirko Manjo Zupan. Med rezultati izpostavljamo, da je mestno vrtnarjenje vse bolj priljubljeno in postaja svetovni trend. Rezultati anketnega vprašalnika so pokazali, da imajo stanovalci blokovskih naselij na območju četrtne skupnosti Ljubljana Vič interes za oblikovanje vrtov na strehah, saj bi se za vrt odločilo 59 % anketiranih.

• Title: Analysis of possibilities for urban gardening in the area of the Ljubljana Vič quarter

Abstract

On a straight roof, we can build a garden or a park, produce vegetables or use the space recreational. The concept green roof is not new, it is known since the Neolithic, about 10.000 years ago. Gardens on roofs represent today agricultural niche. The main reason fot this master's thesis is to get grades of the interes of the residents in the quarter community Ljubljana Vič, for gardens on the roof with the help of a questionnaires. The master thesis uses the different tehnologies of the urban gardening with the emphasis of the gardens on the roofs. There are represented successful cases of gardens on the roofs in foreign countries and in Slovenia. The European Research Project Foodmeters, which deals with the problem of introducing and managing short-chain food chains, will be presented in details. Below are the results of the survey questionnaire carried out by the residents of the quarter community Ljubljana Vič and interviews with professor Darja Silan, retired professor dr. Gojko Stanič and construction engineer Manja Zupan. The results show that urban gardening is getting more and more popular and a world new trend. The results of the questionnaires show that 59 % of the residents in the quarter of the community Ljubljana Vič, would decide to have a garden.
