Abstract
Uvod: Kovinsko-porcelanski zobni nadomestek združuje dobre estetske lastnosti porcelanskih z dobrimi mehanskimi lastnostmi kovinskih materialov, za dolgotrajni obstoj omenjenega para kot enotne celote pa je pomembna dobra adhezija, za katero je potrebna vsestranska kompatibilnost uporabljenih materialov. Oprijem kovinskega ogrodja in porcelanskega plašča ob prisotnosti obremenitvenih sil je torej zelo pomemben dejavnik, saj so pri izdelavi in uporabi tovrstnih zobnih nadomestkov na tem področju opažene težave. V diplomskem delu smo se osredotočili na določitev jakosti vezi med uporabljenima materialoma. Namen: Namen diplomskega dela je ugotoviti, ali uporaba sredstva za izboljšanje vezave med zlitino Co-Cr in feldšpatskim porcelanom izboljša vez med materialoma in v kolikšni meri pride do spremembe vrednosti sile porušitve vezi. Metode dela: Pri raziskovanju smo na podlagi študija strokovne literature in strokovnih člankov uporabili deskriptivno metodo dela. Za eksperimentalni del raziskave smo pripravili preizkušance, sestavljene iz kovinskega ogrodja in porcelanskega plašča, z namenom določiti strižne trdnosti vezi med ogrodjem in porcelanskim plaščem. Kovinska ogrodja smo pripravili s tehnologijo računalniško vodenega rezkanja materiala, na ogrodja pa smo manualno nanašali feldšpatski porcelan. Na določeno število kovinskih ogrodij smo pred nanosom porcelanske mase nanesli še sredstvo za izboljšanje vezave. Vse preizkušance smo pod enakimi pogoji obremenili na strig in tako ločili porcelanski material od kovinskega. Rezultati: Podrobno smo obrazložili postopek priprave preizkušancev in izračunali strižno trdnost glede na podatke, pridobljene s strižnim preizkusom. Razprava in zaključek: Na podlagi rezultatov strižnega preizkusa sicer ne moremo trditi, da je imel nanos sredstva za izboljšanje vezi vpliv na njeno strižno trdnost, opazili pa smo nekatere spremembe v prelomu porcelanskega plašča. Pri uporabi sredstva za izboljšanje vezave je namreč v vseh primerih prišlo do porušitve kohezijske vezi, medtem ko je pri nekaterih preizkušancih brez uporabe omenjenega sredstva prišlo do porušitve izključno adhezijske vezi, kar nakazuje, da je smiselno to tematiko še podrobneje raziskati. Lahko smo sicer prepričani, da z upoštevanjem navodil proizvajalca, lahko, tako z nanosom sredstva za izboljšanje vezi kot tudi brez njega, zagotovimo zadostno strižno trdnost, ki bo omogočala ustrezno uporabo zobnega nadomestka pri grizenju in žvečenju ter prenašanju strižnih obremenitev.

Title:The influence of porcelain bonding agent between cobalt-chrome alloy and feldspathic porcelain : diploma work
Abstract:
Introduction: The metal-porcelain pair combines good aesthetic value of porcelain with good mechanical value of metal. However for the long-term performance of this pair it is very important to ensure good adhesion. Due to the observation of problems with the adhesion of metal and porcelain in the presence of shear forces, ensuring sufficient strength is a very important factor. This is because by ensuring good adhesion between the materials porcelain manages to overcome the force caused by biting, which means significantly lower risk of breaking the bond between the materials. Purpose: The purpose of this research is to determine whether the use of bonding agent between Co-Cr alloy and porcelain increases the bond strength. Methods: In the research we used the descriptive method of work based on the study of the already existing literature and articles. For the experimental part of the study we prepared samples of a metal frame with a porcelain layer. Metal frames were prepared using computer aided manufacturing technology on which we then manually applied the feldspathic porcelain. On some of the samples we used bonding agent and on others we did not use it. All samples were made under the same conditions and the shear test was used for determining the debonding strength. Results: The process of preparing samples with the help of digital technology in dentistry, such as design software, milling strategy software and a milling machine itself, is presented. Then, the procedure for applying ceramic layers to the metal frame, the results of the shear test, and the analysis are explained. Discussion and conclusion: There are many factors that affect the strength of the bond between metal and porcelain materials so this field needs to be explored step by step in the future. Based on the results of our research, it is difficult to claim that the bonding agent between CoCr alloy and ceramic layer had any effect on the results but we did notice some changes in the cracks of porcelain layer after the shear test. In addition, we can be certain that by following the manufacturer's instructions, a sufficient shear strength can be ensured with and without a bonding agent.
