Odzivanje otrok na različne ilustracije v slikanicah Rdeče Kapice

Abstract
V magistrskem delu smo se poglobili v elemente slikanice in dejavnike za njeno kakovost, ki otroku doprinese največ kar lahko. Prvi stik s slikanico ima otrok skupaj s starši, vendar se pogosto ne zavedamo, da bi jo lahko uporabili tudi kasneje pri pouku s starejšimi otroci. V teoretičnem delu magistrske naloge smo raziskali in opisali sámo strukturo slikanice, njene značilnosti ter njen možen pozitiven vpliv na razvoj. Opisali smo dejavnike za kvalitetno slikanico in ilustracijo. V nadaljevanju smo prikazali otroka kot naslovnika in njegove razvojne stopnje branja, torej katera slikanica je primerna za določeno starost. Na koncu smo opisali razvoj otrokovih recepcijskih zmožnosti, saj so te pomembne za vsebino slikanice, ki pritegne otroka, le da ga na vsaki razvojni stopnji pritegne na drugačen način. V empiričnem delu magistrske naloge smo izvedli raziskavo s pomočjo kvantitativnega pristopa, s katero smo pridobili naslovnikov odnos do ilustracij istega prizora različnih slikaniških izdaj Rdeče kapice. S pomočjo anketnega vprašalnika smo na osnovni šoli pridobili pogled učencev prvega, tretjega in petega razreda na primernost slikanice, kar smo potem primerjali s kriteriji kvalitetne slikanice in ilustracije ter likovno formalno analizo. Raziskava bo v pomoč staršem pri izbiri primernih slikanic. V pomoč bo tudi vsem učiteljem, ki predajajo snov ob vizualni ponazoritvi snovi in izbirajo slikanico kot didaktični pripomoček.

Title:Children's response to the illustrations in different versions of the picture book Little Red Riding Hood
Abstract:
In our Master's thesis we researched the elements of the picture book and the factors for its quality, so that it can contribute to the child as much as it is possible. A child has his first encounter with a picture book together with his parents, but we often don’t realize that it could be also used later, together with other children in the classroom. In the theoretical part of our master's thesis, we investigated and described the structure of the picture book, its characteristics and its positive influence on development of the child. Then, we described the factors which makes a quality picture book and illustration. In the following, we described the child as an addressee, his development of his reading skills, so that we have a better understanding what kind of picture book is suitable for a certain age. In the end we described the development of the child's receptive abilities, as it is important for the content of the picture book, which attracts the child, but on every stage of development in a different way. In the empirical part of master's thesis, we conducted a research using a quantitative approach, which helped us get a better understanding of the children’s attitude toward the illustrations of various picture books of the Little Red Riding Hood. Using the survey questionnaire at elementary school, we gained different perspectives of pupils of the first, third and fifth grade on the suitability of a picture book, which we compared with the criteria of quality picture book and illustration, and formal art analysis. The research could help parents in the process of choosing a suitable picture book and can also help all teachers with transferring knowledge to their pupils when they are using visual methods and choose the picture book as a didactic tool.
