Abstract
Trend gradnje in prenove stavb gre v smer boljše energijske učinkovitosti in zmanjšanja vpliva na okolje. V ta namen se starejšim objektom pri prenovi dodaja toplotno izolacijo, saj je ti običajno nimajo, ali pa je le-te premalo, da bi dosegali željeno toplotno prehodnost. Dodajanje toplotne izolacije je najpogostejši ukrep v praksi, za večjo učinkovitost pa se izvajajo celovite sanacije. Pri sanaciji objektov pa je potrebno zagotoviti tudi kakovostno notranje bivalno okolje. Zgoraj opisano je bil povod za mojo diplomsko nalogo, kjer sem želel sanirati stavbni ovoj enodružinske hiše, ki se nahaja v Podgorju pri Slovenj Gradcu. Za obstoječe konstrukcijske sklope (zunanja stena nad terenom, zunanja stena pod terenom, tla na terenu, medetažna konstrukcija proti podstrešju, stena proti neogrevanemu prostoru, tla proti neogrevanemu prostoru) sem izračunal izbrane gradbeno-fizikalne parametre ter parametre kakovosti notranjega okolja. Ti parametri so: toplotna prehodnost, kondenzacija vodne pare in čas izsuševanja le-te, fazni zamik in faktor dušenja amplitude temperaturnega nihanja zraka v prostoru, notranja površinska temperatura in pripadajoča relativna zračna vlažnost ter toplotna kapaciteta. Za vse izračune sem uporabil programsko orodje U-wert. V drugem delu diplomske naloge sem predlagal rešitve obstoječih konstrukcijskih sklopov in izračunal gradbeno-fizikalne parametre ter parametre kakovosti notranjega okolja še za predlagane rešitve. Vse dobljene rezultate analize sem primerjal z zakonsko zahtevanimi in priporočili.

Renovating envelope of a detached house located in Podgorje pri Slovenj Gradcu : graduation thesis
Abstract:
The trend of the construction and renovation of buildings goes in the direction of better energy efficiency and reduction of the impact on the environment. Thermal insulation is added to older constructions in order to achieve this, since they typically do not contain it, or there is not enough of it to achieve desired thermal conductance. It is also necessary to ensure quality interior living environment during building restoration process. Described above was the main reason for my thesis, in which I wanted to renovate the building envelope of a single-family house, located in Podgorje near Slovenj Gradec. I calculated the building-physics parameters and parameters of the internal environment quality for existing construction systems (exterior wall, the underfround exterior wall, floor on the ground, the attic floor, wall against cold room, the ground against the cold room). These parameters are: thermal transmittance, condensation of water vapour, time of drying, time lag, decrement factor, the inner surface temperature and its relative humidity and heat capacity. I used a software tool U-wert for those calculations. Solutions to the existing construction systems were suggested and building-physics parameters and indoor environmental quality of the proposed solutions were calculated in the second part of the thesis. All the results were compared with legal requirements and recommendations.
