Abstract
Lamelni motor za svoje delovanje izrablja komore, ki spreminjajo svojo prostornino. Potisna sila, ki omogoča rotacijo motorja je posledica razlike tlakov v komorah. Lamele, ki so locirane v lamelnih mestih na gredi sledijo odmični površini statorja ter tako spreminjajo prostornino in posledično tlak v komorah. Motorji imajo v praksi slab izkoristek, vendar so zelo zmogljivi in imajo dolgo uporabno dobo. Uporabljajo se kot rotatorji. V zaključni nalogi smo se lotili izboljšav prototipa lamelnega motorja, ki je bil zasnovan v Laboratoriju za fluidno tehniko na Fakulteti za strojništvo, a je deloval pomanjkljivo. Odločili smo se ga izboljšati in testirati v več ločenih fazah, da bolje ločimo doprinos posamezne faze k izboljšanju motorja. Kljub izboljšavam motor še vedno ne deluje dovolj dobro, kar je posledica prevelikega notranjega puščanja ter nenatančne izdelave.

Title:Improve of vane hydraulic motor
Abstract:
Hydraulic vane motor uses chambers that change their volume to operate. The thrust that allows motor to rotate is due to the difference in chamber pressures. The vanes located in the holes on the shaft follow the shape of stator's surface, which leads in changing of volume and, consequently, changing the pressure in the chambers. Vane motors have low efficiency in practice, but they are very powerful and have a long usage period. They are used as rotators. In this thesis, we tried to improve the prototype of the vane motor, which was designed in the Laboratory for Fluid Power and Controls at the Faculty of Mechanical Engineering, but was not working properly. We decided to improve it and test it in several separate phases to better discover the contribution of each phase. Despite the improvements, the motor still does not perform well enough, due to excessive internal leakage and imprecise manufacture.
