Abstract
Magistrsko delo obravnava sanacijo obstoječe stavbe, ki leži na potresno aktivnem območju. Predlagana sanacija je načrtovana s stališča zagotavljanja zadostne potresne odpornosti in energijske učinkovitosti stavbe. V prvem delu naloge sta ločeno izvedeni analiza potresne odpornosti stavbe v skladu s standardom SIST EN 1998-3:2005 in ocena energijske učinkovitosti stavbe na podlagi določil iz Pravilnika o učinkoviti rabi energije v stavbah ter Akcijskega načrta za skoraj nič-energijske stavbe. V drugem delu naloge je predstavljen nabor ukrepov, ki so potrebni za potresno utrditev in energijsko sanacijo stavbe ter izbor uporabljenih ukrepov za nadaljnje analize določevanja potresne odpornosti in energijske učinkovitosti stavbe. Za protipotresno utrditev obravnavane stavbe je predlagana izvedba novih armiranobetonskih sten po zunanjem obodu stavbe. Povečanje energijske učinkovitosti stavbe je bilo doseženo z uporabo metode bioklimatskega načrtovanja in ukrepov pasivno solarne arhitekture. V tretjem delu je izvedena kontrola potresne odpornosti novih armiranobetonskih sten in elementov obstoječe konstrukcije, katere po prenovi uvrščamo med sekundarne elemente. Skladno z zakonodajo so bile določene dimenzije in razporeditev armature znotraj prereza stene, mozničen stik med novo in obstoječo konstrukcijo je bil določen po principu načrtovanja nosilnosti Glede na projektno obremenitev je bila preverjena nosilnost obstoječe AB plošče v svoji ravnini. Izvedena je bila kontrola pomikov obstoječih stebrov. Poleg tega so bili ponovno preverjeni parametri energijske učinkovitosti stavbe. Z vpeljanimi ukrepi lahko vplivamo na povečanje varnosti in energijske učinkovitosti stavbe. Z nalogo smo dosegli zakonsko predpisane vrednosti glede potresne odpornosti in učinkovite rabe energije v stavbi, poudarili interakcijo med potresno odpornostjo in energijsko učinkovitostjo stavbe ter možnost saniranja obstoječih stavb z upoštevanjem vidikov varnosti in trajnostnosti.

Title:Analysis and a proposed sanation of an existing building considering earthquake resistance and energy efficiency : master thesis
Abstract:
The aim of the thesis is to propose a renovation plan for an existing building located in a seismic prone area by assuring sufficient earthquake resistance of the superstructure and energy efficiency of the building. The main goal of the thesis is to present the measures of structural retrofitting and energetic renovation and to show how these measures can be used to increase of the building efficiency. In the first part, the thesis deals with an analysis of the building's earthquake resistance according to SIST EN 1998-3:2005 and an estimation of the building's energy efficiency according to Rules on efficient use of energy in buildings with a technical guideline and National plan for increasing the number of nearly zero-energy buildings. The second part contains a selection of measures of structural retrofitting and the energetic renovation of the building. The existing building is retrofitted by considering additional reinforced concrete walls along its perimeter. Energy efficiency is increased by using a method of bioclimatic design and several measures of passive solar architecture. The third part of the thesis includes analyses of how the selected measures impact the structural resistance and energy efficiency. This includes the verification of the new reinforced concrete walls as well as the elements of the existing structure that are regarded as secondary elements after the retrofitting. Additionally, the parameters of energy efficiency are controlled. The interaction between earthquake resistance and energy efficiency, and the reasonableness of renovation of existing buildings, taking into account safety (earthquake resistance) and sustainability (energy efficiency) aspects is emphasized.
