Osnovni namen zaključne seminarske naloge je preučiti preobrazbo Industrijske cone Trata v Škofji Loki. V prvem delu naloge je predstavljen zgodovinski razvoj industrije v Škofji Loki in razvoj industrijske cone od nastanka prvih industrijskih obratov do danes. Predstavljeni so tudi lokacijski dejavniki, ki so vplivali na lociranje same industrijske cone. V nadaljevanju sledi analiza današnjega stanja, ki je bila opravljena s pomočjo terenskega dela. Industrijsko cono danes zaznamuje izjemno pestra dejavnostna struktura, saj tu prihaja do močnega prepletanja industrijskih obratov in storitvenih dejavnosti.

Abstract

The main aim of thesis is to examine the transformation of Industrial zone Trata in Škofja Loka. The first part of thesis presents the history of development of industry in Škofja Loka and development of the industrial zone, since the establishment of the first production plants and till the present. It also presents the locational factors, which had great influence on the location of the industrial zone. The following part consists of analysis of the current situation, that was carried out with a help of the fieldwork. The industrial zone is now marked with a varied diverse activity structure, because it has a great intermix of industrial plants and service activities.
