Abstract
Teoretičnemu delu sledi empirični del z analizo kvalitativnih intervjujev, opravljenih z dvema starostnima skupinama (25 do 29 let in 55 do 59 let).

Title:Effect of Discourse of Natural on Attitude towards Contraception
Abstract:
In the western developed societies, discourse of the natural is becoming more and more popular as it prioritizes lifestyles that favour only the use of natural products. Due to a more common presence of discourse of the natural, the practice of traditional contraception or the use of natural contraceptive methods are increasing. The aim of the paper was to determine how the discourse of the natural affects the women’s attitude towards contraception. The paper consists of the theoretical part that includes the presentation of the main sociological aspects of reproduction and contraception and a brief literature review as well as the empirical part with the analysis of qualitative interviews conducted in two age groups (25–29 years and 55–59 years). We determined that the discourse of the natural changed the women’s attitude towards contraception; this is particularly noticeable in younger interviewees who are in a solid relationship—they use traditional contraceptive methods and prefer interrupted intercourse.

Keywords:traditional contraception, artificial contraception, discourse of the natural, sympto-thermal method, natural lifestyle.
