Biomimetična rešitev za absorbiranje udarcev v športu

Tema diplomskega dela je področje agresivnih športov, pri katerih je zaradi udarcev potrebna zaščitna oprema. Naloga je fokusirana na borilno veščino karateja. V raziskovalno analitični fazi sem se udeleževal treninga karateja. Poleg zbiranja empiričnih podatkov pri ostalih udeležencih treninga sem neposredno preizkusil zaščitno opremo za karate. Raziskovalno analitična faza obsega ugotavljanje kvalitete trenutnih rokavic in raziskovanje, kateri materiali se uporabljajo pri njihovi izdelavi ter kakšen vpliv imajo udarci na uporabnike. Zasnovana rešitev uporablja zgled biomimetične vede za dosego boljše absorpcije udarcev in udobnejše uporabe.

• Title: Biomimetic solution for hit absorption in sport

Abstract

The topic of bachelor thesis is the field of aggressive sports in which there is a need for safety gear because of the hits one recieves. Karate is the sport that is a focus of thesis. During the research i have attended karate classes. Besides the analytical data of other attendees I also collected data of my own by using the protective gear that is used during practices. Analytical research phase includes the quality of current gloves, which materials are used for its production and what effect do hits have on users. Solution uses knowledge of biomimetics for better hit absorption and more comfortable usage.
