Abstract
Najprej sem razlikovala med fantazijo in sorodnimi žanri in skozi to napisala vse značilnosti fantazije in kasneje sodobne fantazije v primerjavi s klasično.

Title:Six contemporary slovene fantasy novels
Abstract:
In my thesis I dealt with contemporary fantasy literature in Slovene. My main question was, is the structure of Slovenian contemporary fantasy novels the same as the structure of contemporary fantasy novels, as described by Jakob Jaša Kenda in his book Fantasy Literature: Outline of the Theory of the Genre and its Modern Model? First, I distinguished between fantasy and related genres, and through that wrote all the characteristics of fantasy and later contemporary fantasy compared to classic. Then, based on the theory in Kenda's book, I did an analysis of six contemporary Slovenian fantasy novels. The books were renewed, and in conclusion I figured out that the structures of the novels discussed by Kenda were not much different from the structures of Slovenian contemporary fantasy novels analyzed by me.
