Abstract
V diplomskem delu je predstavljeno načrtovanje in avtomatizacija hidravličnega sušilnika v sklopu sušilne linije, ki je del proizvodnega postopka v farmacevtskem podjetju. V začetnem delu so predstavljeni sklopi sušilne linije in opisana zasnova delovanja sušilnika ter izdelava SCADA nadzornega sistema. V osrednjem delu je prikazana komunikacija med SCADA nadzornim sistemom in varnostnim krmilnikom S7-1515F. Razložene so nekatere tehnološke funkcije za nadzor sušilnika in uporabljena programska oprema TIA Portal. V zaključku diplomske naloge so opisana testiranja programskih funkcij ter odpravljanje programskih in tehničnih napak na lokaciji, kjer je postavljen sušilnik.

Title:
Automatization of a drying line
Abstract:
In the diploma, the design and automation of the hydraulic dryer within the drying line in a pharmaceutical production process. Firstly all key components of the drying line and the design of a SCADA control system are explained. In the middle part, the communication between the SCADA control system and safety controller S7-1515F is described. Also, some technological functions for the dryer and control program in TIA Portal are explained. The final part shows the results of software testing and error debugging on the location site.
