ANALIZA E-IZOBRAŽEVANJA NA FINANČNI UPRAVI REPUBLIKE SLOVENIJE

Abstract
Diplomsko delo obsega analizo izvajanja e-izobraževanja na Finančni upravi Republike Slovenije, kjer poteka uvedba informacijsko-komunikacijske tehnologije v sistem usposabljanja zaposlenih. Uvajanje e-izobraževanja v institucije javne uprave predstavlja prihodnost, njegovo širjenje pa omogoča uslužbencem uspešen in fleksibilen sistem izobraževanja. Na primeru Finančne uprave Republike Slovenije smo analizirali trenuten sistem in izvedbo e-izobraževanja ter zadovoljstvo zaposlenih z njim. Raziskali smo prednosti in slabosti trenutnega načina izvajanja e-izobraževanja na FURS in na podlagi ugotovitev predstavili predloge za izboljšave. Pri izdelavi diplomskega dela smo uporabili več metod raziskovanja, s katerimi smo iskali odgovore na zastavljena raziskovalna vprašanja. Med raziskovalnimi metodami so najbolj izstopale sekundarna analiza, torej analiza obstoječih podatkov, metoda komparacije, s katero smo primerjali e-izobraževanje s standardnim načinom izvedbe usposabljanj, in pa izvedba anketnega vprašalnika o zadovoljstvu z izvedbo e-izobraževanja na FURS ter njegova analiza. S pomočjo ankete smo prišli do zaključka, da so zaposleni zadovoljni z večino dejavnikov izvedbe, procesa in značilnostmi e-izobraževanja v njihovi organizaciji, kar pomeni, da je Finančna uprava Republike Slovenije zasnovala učinkovit proces e-izobraževanja. Tema našega diplomskega dela in rezultati naše raziskave so pomembni, saj smo predstavili in ovrednotili pomembnost uvedbe sodobne tehnologije na področju usposabljanja zaposlenih v javnem sektorju. Učinkovit sistem e-izobraževanja omogoča organizacijam javnega sektorja, da njihovi zaposleni v zelo kratkem času pridobijo ustrezno znanje in krepijo svoje sposobnosti.

Title:AN ANALYSIS OF E-EDUCATION IN FINANCIAL ADMINISTRATION OF THE REPUBLIC OF SLOVENIA
Abstract:
The content of my thesis is an analysis of the current e-education system used in Financial administration of the Republic of Slovenia, where information-communication technology is being used for the purpose of training employees. The use of e-education in institutions of public administration represents the future and its use enables an successful and flexible way of learning and training. In the case of FURS, we analysed the current system and performance of e-education and as well the satisfaction of employees. We researched the advantages and disadvantages of e-education system in FURS, based on which we suggested future corrections. We used several methods of research through the making of the thesis. The main research methods we used were secondary analysis, which included an analysis of current information surrounding e-education and method of comparison with which we compared standard education with e-education. We also issued and analysed a survey made for employees in FURS. We came to the conclusion that employees are satisfied with the majority of factors and characteristics of the current system of e-education in their organization which means that Financial Administration of the Republic of Slovenia has set up an successful process of e-education. The theme of our thesis and results of our research are important because we presented the importance of using modern technology in education process of employees. Successful e-education enables employees of public sector institutions to gain suitable knowledge and strengthen their competences.
