Abstract
V diplomskem delu smo razvili in preizkusili merilni sistem za ovrednotenje vpliva vrste površine na merilno zmogljivost konfokalnega optičnega merilnika pomika. Elektrodinamični stresalnik generira sinusno nihanje preizkušane površine, katere pomik je merjen s preizkušanim konfokalnim optičnim merilnikom pomika in dvema referenčnima pospeškomeroma. Za računalniško podprte meritve smo uporabljali programsko okolje LabVIEW. S pomočjo teh meritev smo določili amplitudne in fazne frekvenčne značilnice konfokalnega optičnega merilnika pomika.

Title:Effects of the surface type on operation of a confocal optical displacement sensor
Abstract:
In this diploma thesis we developed and tested a measurement system for determination of surface effect on measurment capability of a confocal optical displacement sensor. An electrodynamic shaker generates a sinusoidal oscillations of the tested surface, which displacement is measured by the tested confocal optical displacement sensor and two reference accelerometers. In LabVIEW software programming environment we prepared for computer supported measurements. A control program that enables computer-aided measurements. The amplitude and phase frequency characteristics of the confocal optical displacment sensor were then experimentally determined.
