Abstract
Medosebni odnosi na delovnem mestu predstavljajo odnose med sodelavci ter nadrejenimi in podrejenimi, ne nazadnje tudi odnose s tistimi, ki vodijo zaposlene in organizacijo. Dobri odnosi na delovnem mestu so zelo pomembni, saj večino zaposlenih spodbujajo k delu in omogočajo preživljanje časa v prijetnem delovnem okolju. Da je delo v podjetju učinkovito, potrebujemo poleg dobrih medosebnih odnosov tudi dobro komunikacijo in znanje o ustreznem reševanju konfliktov. Namen magistrskega dela je ugotoviti, kakšne odnose, komunikacijo in konflikte imajo zaposleni v podjetju Eki d.o.o., na podlagi rezultatov ankete pa pomagati podjetju pri ustvarjanju ozračja, ki omogoča razvoj odkritih in pozitivnih medosebnih odnosov. Raziskava je bila izvedena s pomočjo anonimnega anketnega vprašalnika v podjetju Eki d.o.o., ki so ga izpolnili vsi zaposleni, ne glede na njihov položaj v podjetju. Rezultati so pokazali, kakšni so medosebni odnosi med sodelavci, na kakšen način komunicirajo, kako rešujejo konfliktne situacije in kaj bi bilo potrebno, da se odnosi na delovnem mestu izboljšajo. Ugotovili smo, da so zaposleni večinoma zadovoljni z delovnim mestom in ga ne želijo zamenjati, medtem ko bi bilo treba na področju medosebnih odnosov in komunikacije uvesti spremembe. Največjo težavo v podjetju predstavlja slaba organizacija dela.

Employee relations within company Eki
Abstract:
Interpersonal relationships at the work place represent the relationships between coworkers and those between a worker and his superiors and least but not least the relationships between those that lead the employees as well as the organisation. Good relationships at the work place are of great importance since they encourage most of the employees and offer them a pleasant work environment. In order to make the work process in a company efficient we also need to establish good communication within the company and have knowledge on how to properly resolve conflict. The aim and purpose of this master’s thesis is to establish what are the relationships, communication and conflict between employees at Eki d.o.o. Using a survey as a basis we will try to help the company to create an atmosphere that enables the development of honest and positive interpersonal relationships. The survey was carried out using an anonymous questionnaire that all of the employees at Eki d.o.o. filled out regardless of their position within the company. The results show what are the interpersonal relationships between coworkers, in what way do they communicate with each other, how they resolve possible conflicts and what would need to be done so that the relationships at the work place improve. We discovered that the employees are mostly satisfied with their job and do not wish to switch it but that some changes are needed in the field of interpersonal relationships and communication. The biggest problem of the company is bad work management.
