Introduction: Stress is the response of the body to possible harmful stimuli from the environment (noise, flashing), is a tension state of the organism and the body always responds to it in the same way, which is manifested as a non-specific reaction »flee or fight«. Stress in the work environment means a broken balance between the demands of the workplace and the individual's ability to cope with them, when they also faces the consquences of stress factors or experiencing failure. Experiencing workplace stress is often manifested in the private life of radiologic technologists as well as at radiologic technologist students. Purpose: We wanted to find out which stressors are percieved by the students of the radiologic technology department in clinical exercises or clinical practice. Methods: After presenting the theoretical starting points of the diploma with a descriptive method, we have included a research section covering the questionnaire. The survey was conducted on the students of the second and third year of the first degree of radiologic technology at the Healthcare Faculty in Ljubljana. The beginning of the questionnaire included demographic types of questions (gender, age ...), then we focused on more specific questions on the topic of the diploma (diagnostics or radiology department where they performed clinical exercises or clinical practice, which stressors are most affected on the performance of the work of radiologic technologist students, whether the impact of stressors reflects in private life ...). Results: The questionnaire we conducted online was sent to 77 students, of which 63 students completed it appropriately (82%). All adequately resolved questionnaires are from 1st, 2nd and 3rd year students, namely 17 (27%) men and 46 (73%) women. The most exposed stressors are »fear of making a mistake and repeating it«, »theoretical unprepardness for clinical exercises/practice«, »offensive criticism by mentors at investigation performance mistakes«, »constant supervision at the investigation performance«, and »lack of mentor feedbacks to the student«. Discussion and conclusion: Students of radiological technology experience stressful situations in clinical training differently, cope with them in different ways and consequently the negative impact of stressors is reflected in private lives for some students. Experiencing stress affects individuals differently and not every stressor has the same level of stress for each person.
