Area around Bajer pri Debeli peči in Ribno has changed considerably over the last fifty years.
The main purpose of this final seminar work follows the great interest of the local people for regulation of this area. We want to encourage key actors and provide them information about Bajer. By interviewing the locals, we obtained information about the role and significance of area in the past and the wishes for the future regulation. The results of laboratory analyzes showed the integrity of the water and indicated the eutrophic state of the lake. The proposal of a sustainable form of the regulation of the area is the only right solution for the development of the area under consideration. By placement in the tourist offer of Ribno, we can increase polycentric touristic development in Bled.
