Abstract
Vzorec sestavlja 38 moških in 95 žensk. 94 udeležencev obiskuje prvi letnik, 34 drugi, 2 udeleženca tretji, 2 četrti in en udeleženec peti letnik. Podatke smo zbrali z anonimnim anketnim vprašalnikom – obdelani so bili s statističnim programom IBM SPSS. Študenti so v večini v stresnih situacijah.

Title:Lifestyle of Students at the Faculty of Pharmacy of the University of Ljubljana
Abstract:
It was the intention of the research to analyse the lifestyle of students at the Faculty of Pharmacy of the University of Ljubljana. 133 randomly chosen students took part in the study. Among 38 male and 95 female participants, there were 94 first-, 34 second-, 2 third-, 2 fourth-, and 1 fifth-year student(s). The data have been assembled with help of an anonymous questionnaire and statistically evaluated by using the IBM SPSS program. Compared to primary and secondary school years, university students do less sports. If otherwise, they spend most time with running outdoors, speed-walking, and cycling. Most students do sports twice a week, whereas only 3 % of participants do sports daily. Most students spend 30–60 minutes daily on recreation. Students face stressful situations. Most students feel the impact of stress from time to time, whereas some of participants claim to cope with stress often. Most students name their studies to be the main reason for stressful situations. There are various ways how students fight stress. Most students conquer stress with snacks and increase their usual coffee intake, whereas only a small amount of participant try to destress through sports. Most students sleep 7–8 hours a day; only few of students get less than 5 hours of sleep every day. The reasons for sleeping deprivation are due to study burdens night partying and mingling .Students consume alcoholic drinks, only few students never drink alcohol. Most participants claim to visit student parties. Most students are non-smokers. Most smoking students started smoking at secondary school. The most popular students’ drinks are water or sugarless tea, and juices. Most students eat breakfast at home. Prenoon lunch is the meal that is avoided by most students, otherwise students have good eating habits and are eating regulary - most participants eat 5 meals a day. We found that students who are more active in sports don’t drink as much juice and eat breakfast more regular, are able to cope with stress better. We found out that students that are more active, are not getting more sleep, are not drinking less alcohol, are going to parties as much as the other students and are not smoking less than other students
