Prototip aplikacije za pregled poslovnih dokumentov

Živimo v času, ko računalniki, splet in vsa novejša tehnologija niso več samo dodatna pomoč pri delu, ampak so več ali manj nuja v vsakodnevnem življenju. Tega se zavedajo tudi podjetja, ki svoje poslovne procese poskušajo kar se da hitro digitalizirati. Do podobnega problema je prišlo tudi pri podjetju, kjer sem opravljal obvezno delovno prakso. Podjetje je razdeljeno na več področij in vsako od njih vsakodnevno uporablja specifične dokumente, ki so nujni za pravilno in odgovorno poslovanje. Ker so do sedaj bili le-ti tiskani in urejeni po mapah, je bila digitalizacija nujno potrebna. Razvili smo aplikacijo, s pomočjo katere je iskanje, prikazovanje ter deljenje teh dokumentov hitro in enostavno. Zgrajena je iz dveh delov, prvi del je namenjen vsem zaposlenim in omogoča iskanje ter prikaz poslovnih dokumentov, drugi del aplikacije pa je namenjen upravljavcu. Ta lahko dodaja nove in ureja obstoječe dokumente ter ureja pravice za prikazovanje dokumentov, glede na uporabniško LDAP vlogo.

Abstract

We live in a time where computers, the Internet and technology aren't just an assistance anymore, but have become a necessity in everyday life. The companies and businesses are aware of that fact, which is why they are digitizing their business processes as fast as possible. This has also been the case with the company where I've been doing my traineeship. The company is divided into departments which are using specific documents, essential for a good and responsible business performance, daily. Because of the fact that these documents were, up until now, printed out and stored in folders, the digitization was urgently needed. We have developed an application which makes finding, viewing and sharing these documents quick and easy. It's composed of two parts. The first is meant for all employees and enables them to search for and view business documents. The second part is meant for the admin who is able to add and edit the documents and grands permissions according to LDAP user roles.
