Abstract
Prenosljiva masažna miza je sestavljena iz aluminijastega podnožja, iz standardnih ekstrudiranih profilov, ki so med sabo varjeni. Cilj naloge je pripraviti novo konstrukcijo z aluminijastimi profili, spojenimi s polimernimi kotniki, s čimer se zmanjšajo stroški izdelave in masa podnožja. Na začetku naloge je predstavljeno trenutno stanje, pregled patentov in konkurenčnih izdelkov. Raziskane so konstrukcijske rešitve, ki so uporabne pri zasnovi spojnega elementa z upoštevanjem korakov metodike konstruiranja. Za izbrano konstrukcijo kosa je izdelana stroškovna analiza in primerjava z obstoječo varianto podnožja. Sledi prikaz analize mehanskega stanja v spojnem elementu s pomočjo metode MKE. V prvi analizi so predpostavljene izotropne lastnosti materiala v kotniku. Predstavljena je analiza brizganja in lokacije hladnih spojev ter usmerjenosti ojačitvenih vlaken v polimeru. Orientacija vlaken je bila uporabljena pri ponovni mehanski analizi kotnika in pri optimiranju konstrukcije. Predstavljena je preslikava vlaken iz simulacije brizganja v mehansko simulacijo. Na koncu so v diskusiji ovrednotene razlike v rezultatih med enostavnejšim homogenim in naprednejšim modelom polimernega materiala.

Title:Development of Polymer Corner Joint for Portable Massage Table
Abstract:
A portable massage table is constructed from the aluminium foot. The foot is a design of standard extruded profiles that are mutually welded. The aim is to prepare new construction, where aluminium profiles are joined with the polymeric corner joints. Additionally, the production costs are lower, and the weight of food is lighter. In the beginning, we present the current situation, existing patents, and competitive products. We research construction solutions that prove useful when planning the connecting element following the methodology of fabrication. We prepare cost analysis and the comparison of the selected constructed piece with the existing model. In the analysis, we check mechanical condition in the corner joint under load stress while using the finite element method. We presume that material in the corner joint has isotropic properties. Further, the injection moulding analysis presents the location of the weld line and the orientation of the reinforced fibres in the polymer. The results are implemented when optimising construction and in additional mechanical simulation, where we consider the orientation of fibres. We present fibre mapping from injection moulding simulation to mechanical simulation. In the discussion, we evaluate differences in the results between the simpler homogeneous model and a more advanced model of polymeric materials.
