Abstract
V progresivnih izsekovalnih orodjih zaradi različnih vzrokov obstaja nevarnost povečanja sile na paketirnem odrezu. Posledica tega so lahko poškodbe na rezilnem pestiču ali matrici. V obstoječih orodjih se poškodbam na orodju izognemo z vgradnjo mehanskih varoval neposredno nad rezilnim pestičem. Mehanska varovala se med seboj razlikujejo, kar je podrobno predstavljeno v prvem delu naloge. V nadaljevanju naloge je obravnavan nov princip preprečevanja teh poškodb oz. varovanja aktivnih delov orodja, pri katerem namesto mehanskih varoval nad rezilni pestič vgradimo senzor sile. V končni fazi bi bilo potrebno signal iz senzorjev speljati na krmilnik stroja, ki bi ob povečanju sile na pestiču, stroj izklopil. V okviru naloge smo izvedli testno vgradnjo senzorja sile in opravili preizkus delovanja, pri katerem smo signal iz senzorja zajemali preko ločene merilne verige na osebni računalnik. S preizkusom smo potrdili ustreznost novega načina varovanja (ob predpostavki ustrezno izbrane merilne opreme). Glede na dinamiko procesa je potrebno uporabiti dovolj visoko frekvenco vzorčenja signala iz senzorja.

Title:Development of a system for protection of active parts in electrical steel blanking process
Abstract:
In progressive tools, there is a danger of force enlargement on packaging stations. This can result in damage on punch or die. In existing tools we avoid this form of damage by installing mechanical safety mechanisms directly above the punch. Safety mechanisms differ from one another, which is discussed in the first part of the work. A new principle for preventing the damage, based on usage of force sensors instead of safety mechanisms, is presented later on. The idea is to connect signals from the sensors to the press controller, which would shut down the machine in case of a force increase. This master's thesis presents a test installation of one sensor, where a separate measurement chain was established for data acquisition. With experiments we proved the appropriateness of new protection principle, assuming the selection of appropriate measuring equipment. According to the dynamics of the process, sufficiently high sampling rate should be used.
