Abstract
V diplomski nalogi smo obravnavali princip uporovnega točkovnega varjenja in njegovo uporabo pri spajanju nerjavnega jekla. Osredotočili smo se na toplotno obarvanost jekla po točkovnem varjenju. Iskali smo optimalno območje varilnih parametrov za varjenje avstenitnega nerjavnega jekla dveh proizvajalcev. Kot cilj smo si zadali doseganje čim manjše obarvanosti površine varjenca pri določeni mejni kvaliteti spoja. S porušnimi metodami smo raziskali še ustreznost dobljenih zvarnih točk. Sestavili smo kriterij obarvanosti za zvare pri uporovnem točkovnem varjenju in predstavili diagram obarvanosti in diagram nosilnosti zvara v odvisnosti od nastavljenih parametrov. Na podlagi korelacije med omenjenima diagramoma bi lahko optimirali korozijsko odpornost zvarnih spojev in povečali uporabnost postopka za nerjavne aplikacije v farmaciji, kemiji, živilski industriji, in drugih panogah ki imajo visoke zahteve za korozijsko odpornost površine varjenih delov.

Title:Impact parameters on heat tint of stainless steel in resistance spot welding
Abstract:
In this thesis we presented the fundamental principles of resistance spot welding and its use for welding stainless steel. We focused on the forming of heat tint after the welding process. We were searching for the optimal area of welding parameters for austenitic stainless steel of two manufacturers, with the goal of achieving as little heat tint of the surface as possible, but maintaining appropriate mechanical properties. We also researched the adequacy of the weld spots, using destructive methods and formed a heat tint criteria for resistance welding of stainless steel and presented heat tint formation and weld strength in regard to the set welding parameters. On this basis we could optimize corrosion resistance of weld spots and increase the use of the process in stainless steel applications in pharmaceutical, chemical and food industry, or other industries with high demands for corrosion resistance of welded parts.
