Abstract
Zaradi vedno bolj izpopolnjene tehnike plavanja video analiza ne zadošča več. V nalogi smo uporabili inercialne senzorje in hitrotekočo video kamero. Metodi nam omogočata analizo in s tem izboljšanje plavalne tehnike in kakovost treninga. Meritve smo izvedli večinoma na aktivnih plavalcih, pri čemer smo se osredotočili na trajektorijo, hitrost, silo, in moč zaveslaja. Senzorji so bili nameščeni na dlaneh in nogah, kar nam je omogočalo vpogled v asimetrijo plavanja plavalca. Rezultati analize kažejo, da tehnika izvedbe zaveslaja močno vpliva na hitrost plavalca.

Title:The use of high speed video camera and inertial sensors for swimming technique analysis
Abstract:
Due to the increasingly sophisticated swimming technique, video analysis is no longer enough. In our research we used inertial sensors and high-speed video camera. Method enable us to analyze and improve the quality of swimming technique and training. The measurements were mostly performed on active swimmers, focusing on trajectory, speed, force, and power of the stroke. Sensors were placed on the palms and legs, which giving us insight into the asymmetry of the swimmer´s swim. The results of the analysis show that a more correct swimming technique has a great influence on the speed of the swimmer.
