ANALIZA PROCESA RAZVEZE ZAKONSKE ZVEZE V SLOVENIJI

V diplomski nalogi bom obravnavala proces razveze zakonske zveze, katere cilj je skrajšati proces ločitve dveh zakoncev. Predstavljen bo proces, kot je in kakšen naj bo, da bo odločba izdana hitreje, kar bi dodano vrednost prineslo predvsem strankama v procesu. Za predstavitev procesa sem uporabila program Micrografx iGrafx Process 2013, kjer sem za pomoč pri določitvi trajanja aktivnosti uporabila splet, nekaj trajanj pa sem si izmislila sama. Za prenovo procesa sem se odločila zaradi trajanja le-tega in prenosa dokumentov med tremi različnimi organizacijami. Namen je torej skrajšati proces, kjer bodo posledično zadovoljne stranke, ki se jim bo odločba izdala hitreje. Najprej bom analizirala proces AsIs (takšen, kot je) in ga nato prenovila v proces ToBe (kot naj bo), opisala njune časovne razlike in razlike v postopku. Menim, da bi proces pripomogel strankam zaradi krajšega časovnega okvirja, prav tako pa bi doprinesel k delu javnih organizacij, kjer ne bi bilo več nepotrebnega pošiljanja dokumentov, zaposleni pa bi se morali na novo izobraziti glede nekaterih aktivnosti v postopku.

• Title: THE PROCESS OF DIVORCE IN SLOVENIA In

Abstract

In diploma I will discuss the process of divorce as we know it in Slovenia. The purpose of writing is to shorten the process, because right now, it takes around three months to actually divorce two persons. I will show the process as it is and then the process as we wish to be with the help of simulation, made by Micrografix iGrafix Process. The renovation of the process is needed because it takes too long for the client to get the divorce papers, mostly because transferring the document from one to the other organisations. The intention is to make the clients satisfied with the outcome. First, I will analyse the process of divorce in Slovenia and compare it to the historical view in other European countries, Finland, Belgium and Italy. Then I will present the process AsIs (as it is now) and try to renovate it in the process ToBe (as we wish to be) and compare it in time frame and then in other differences. The improvement of the process would contribute to the work of public organisations, where wouldn’t be so many congestions. Keywords: divorce,
