Abstract

Title:ANALIYSIS OF THE CULTURE COMMUNICATION BETWEEN YOUNG PEOPLE IN SLOVENIA
Abstract:
Every day we communicate either consciously or unconsciously, verbally or nonverbally. Knowing the culture of communication can successfully guide an individual through life. The culture of communication and the use of etiquette are becoming more and more of a challenge for young people, who are accompanied by advanced technology on a daily basis. As a result, they forget to use non-verbal communication, which is one of the most powerful communication tools, but an insufficient component of e-communication. It is important for young people to become familiar with the etiquette of online and telephone communication and to regularly use it. The overuse of social networks and the phone threatens online security, which is getting weaker by day, leading to greater visual strain. The purpose of the diploma work was to study the communication of young people, their knowledge of etiquette and how much they use it, as well as to find out the importance of appearance and what kind of communication is used most commonly. The results of the survey show that young people do not know the communication culture well, resulting in its inappropriate use or non-use. Research has shown that face-to-face communication is the most widely used communication tool among subjects. They do not consider e-communication the safest and they have already spread lies through it themselves. The majority considers the first impression to be of crucial importance, as it cannot be "corrected", which gives it even greater value. The data from the survey show that young people should be made more aware of the culture of communication - including personal communication - and how to use modern technology. The latter would help to make it safer to use. Young people also need to pay more attention to the use of nonverbal communication in personal communication, which they do not currently consider to be overly important.
