Abstract
V diplomskem delu so najprej predstavljene hidravlične stiskalnice na splošno, njihovo delovanje, uporaba in delitev. Predstavljene so tudi osnovne metode in postopki snovanja in dimenzioniranja jeklenih konstrukcij po Evrokodu 3. V nadaljevanju je prikazano delovanje dvosteberne ročne hidravlične stiskalnice in podrobna zasnova njenega nosilnega ogrodja, ki je analizirano z vidika zagotavljanja trdnostnih in deformacijskih kriterijev. Izračuni potrjujejo, da je nosilna konstrukcija ustrezna za opravljanje svoje funkcije v celotni projektni dobi trajanja.

Title:Manually operated two pillar hydraulic press 40 t
Abstract:
The diploma thesis presents hydraulic presses in general, their operation, use and division. Basic methods and procedures for designing and dimensioning steel structures according to Eurocode 3 are also presented. Further the description of operation of a two pillar manual hydraulic press and a detailed design of its supporting frame is introduced. The supporting frame has been analysed in terms of satisfying strength and deformation criteria. The calculations prove that the load-bearing structure is suitable for performing its function throughout the design lifetime.
