Abstract
Problem prometnega hrupa je prisoten v urbanem in ruralnem okolju. Promet je eden od glavnih onesnaževalcev okolja s hrupom. Delo je osredotočeno na ovrednotenje ravni hrupa v bivalnem naselju, katerega povzroča bližnji avtocestni odsek. Za potrebe preračunov zvočnih moči prometnega toka je uporabljen standard CNOSSOS-EU. V praktičnem delu naloge so bile opravljene meritve nivojev hrupa z zvočnim analizatorjem Norsonic Nor140. Preračuni ter meritve hrupa so bili podlaga za izvedbo 3D simulacije širjenja hrupa po obravnavanem okolju s pomočjo programa iNoise. Na koncu sledi analiza vplivnih parametrov ter ovrednotenja vpliva posameznih parametrov na nivoje hrupa. Izvedena je bila tudi simulacija ukrepa za zmanjšanje nivojev hrupa z vgradnjo absorpcijskih protihrupnih ograj.

Title:
Measurements and modelling of road traffic noise
Abstract:
The main object of this thesis was to evaluate traffic noise levels present in the vilage. The noise is emitted by the nearby highway crossing the rural area. Firstly the noise emission of the traffic stream was calculated according to the standard provided by the European union – CNOSSOS-EU. Then the measurements of noise levels were made with sound analyser Norsonic Nor140. Calculations and measurements were used as the foundation for 3D simulations of noise attenuation with iNoise software. In the last section of the thesis the noise levels and input parameters were analysed. Parameters were manipulated and tested to determine their significance and impact on traffic noise levels. Measurements to reduce the noise levels were introduced in the form of absorption noise barriers of different heights. These scenarios were simulated in 3D enviroment as well.
