Abstract
Z razvojem interneta in svetovnega spleta se je že v zgodnji fazi začelo razmišljati o uporabi, ki bi presegla zgolj predstavitvene spletne strani. Nastale so prve spletne platforme, ki so uporabnikom omogočile širši izbor storitev oziroma izdelkov na enem mestu. Spletna tržišča v zadnjem obdobju dosegajo rekordne prihodke, zato je razumljivo, da na trg z željo po obstoju vsakodnevno vstopajo nova podjetja. Lahko bi dejali, da gre za boksarski ring, kjer je prostor za preživetje in zmago le za najboljše ideje ter podjetnike z mešanico bogatega poslovnega in marketinškega znanja. Namen diplomskega dela je s pomočjo zbrane literature proučiti pet največjih spletnih tržišč, ugotoviti, kakšen poslovni model uporabljajo in na primeru novoustanovljenega spletnega tržišča za organizacijo spletnih porok določiti najbolj optimalen prihodkovni model. Analizirane bodo najbolj znane spletne platforme ter med seboj primerjani njihovi poslovni modeli.

Title:New Business Models and Services on the Internet
Abstract:
With the development of the Internet and the World Wide Web, the use of an application that would go beyond mere demo sites was contemplated at an early stage. As a result, the first online platforms were created, which provided users with a wider range of services or products in one place. Recently, online markets have been achieving record revenues, so it is understandable that new companies are entering the market on a daily basis with the desire to exist. It could be said that this is a boxing ring where only the best ideas and the entrepreneurs with a mixture of rich business and marketing knowledge can survive and triumph. The purpose of the diploma thesis is to study the five largest online markets with the help of collected literature, determine the business model they are using, and define the most optimal revenue model on the example of the newly established online market for organizing online marriages. The best-known online platforms will be analyzed and their business models compared.
