Abstract
Namen diplomskega dela je 3D-modeliranje otroških plezalnih oprimkov in njihov tisk z dvema različnima tehnologijama (FDM in SLA). V teoretičnem delu so na kratko predstavljeni različne oblike športnega plezanja, plezališča in umetne stene ter plezalni oprimki. Našteti so vrste plezalnih oprimkov in načini njihovega prijemanja. Opisan je postopek izdelave plezalnih oprimkov in našteti so zanje uporabljeni materiali. Sledi nekaj splošnih informacij o 3D-tisku in nato opis delokroga izdelave 3D-predmeta. Podrobno sta predstavljeni tehnologiji ekstrudiranja termoplastov in fotopolimerizacije v kadi. Prav tako so na kratko opisani 3D-modeliranje in njegove najosnovnejše operacije. V eksperimentalnem delu je predstavljena programska oprema, potrebna za modeliranje končnega izdelka. Opisan je postopek modeliranja vijaka ter štirih plezalnih oprimkov za otroke v obliki krave, zajca, pasje in račje tačke. Sledita priprava plezalnih oprimkov in tisk s tehnologijama SLA in FDM. Opisana sta tiskalnika, uporabljena za tisk plezalnih oprimkov. Predstavljen je praktični preizkus oprimkov, testiranih na otroški plezalni steni Plezalnega centra Ljubljana. Sledijo rezultati preizkusa in ocena stroškov izdelave plezalnih oprimkov s 3D-tiskom. Za konec so opisane med delom pridobljene ugotovitve, potrebne za pravilni končni izdelek.

Title:Modeling and Printing Climbing Holds with 3D Technologies
Abstract:
The purpose of the diploma thesis is 3D modelling of children's climbing holds and their printing with two different technologies (FDM and SLA). In the theoretical part, various forms of sports climbing, climbing and artificial walls and climbing handbags are presented. The types of climbing holds and ways of holding them are listed. The procedure for the production of climbing holds along with the materials used is described. General information about the 3D printing and the 3D manufacturing part of the production is included. The thermoplastic extrusion technology and photopolymerization in the bath are presented in detail. Also, 3D modelling and its most basic operations are briefly described. In the experimental part, the software needed for modelling the finished product is presented. Alongside that, the process of modelling the screw and four climbing handbags for children in the form of a cow, a rabbit, a dog’s and a duck’s paw is presented. This is followed by the preparation of climbing holds and printing with SLA and FDM technologies. The printers used to print climbing holds are described. A practical test of climbing holds tested on the children's climbing wall of the Climbing Center Ljubljana is presented. This is followed by the results of the experiment and the estimation of the cost of manufacturing climbing holds with 3D printing. Finally, conclusions needed for the correct final product gathered during work are described.
