Abstract
Diplomsko delo obsega zasnovo in izdelavo prototipa naprave za vertikalno manipulacijo cevi z vodnimi curki. Izračunana je potisna sila vodnih curkov in na podlagi dobljenih rezultatov je bil zasnovan prototip naprave. Zasnovan je bil nov ventil, ki omogoča bolj zvezno regulacijo pretoka skozi šobe. Izvedena je bila numerična simulacija padcev tlaka skozi napravo. Prototip smo izdelali in izvedli meritve potisne sile in volumskih pretokov pri različnih tlakih. Rezultate meritev smo ovrednotili in jih primerjali z analitičnimi in numeričnimi preračuni. Ugotovili smo, da pride do odstopanj med izračunanimi in izmerjenimi vrednostmi potisne sile in volumskega pretoka.

Title:
Designing of device for vertical manipulation of hose
Abstract:
The diploma thesis consist of design and production of a prototype device for vertical manipulation of hose with water jets. Thrust force of water jets had been calculated and based on the results the prototype device was designed. We designed new valve which enables more continuous regulation of water flow through the nozzles. A numerical simulation of pressure drops through device was performed. We build the prototype and performed measurements of thrust force and volume flow at different pressures. We evaluated results and compared them with analytic and numerical calculations. We found out that there are deviations between analytic calculations and measured values of thrust force and volume flow.
