Razvoj brezmrežne numerične metode za reševanje tri-dimenzionalnih elasto-plastičnih problemov

Vroče valjanje jekla je kompleksen fizikalen proces, ki zahteva sklopljeno termo-elasto-plastično obravnavo. V okviru magistrskega dela smo v obstoječe programsko okolje, s katerim na brezmrežni način rešujemo parcialne diferencialne enačbe, implementirali modul, ki omogoča iterativno reševanje nelinearnih elasto-plastičnih problemov. Predpostavili smo von Misesov model izotropnega utrjevanja v približku majhnih deformacij. Za krajevno diskretizacijo smo uporabili lokalno kolokacijsko metodo z poliharmoničnimi radialnimi baznimi funkcijami. Za reševanje konstitutivnih enačb smo implementirali algoritem projekcije na najbližjo točko. Algoritem smo verificirali na primeru natezno obremenjene kocke. Rešitev smo primerjali z rezultati komercialnega paketa Abaqus in ugotovili dobro ujemanje. Razviti algoritem lahko uporabimo kot osnovo za vgradnjo v simulacijski sistem za vroče valjanje.

• Title: Development of a meshless numerical model for solving three-dimensional elasto-plastic problems

Abstract

Hot rolling of a steel is coplex physical proccess that requires coupled thermo-elasto-plastic treatment. In this master thesis we implemented a module in the existing software environment, with which we solve partial differential equations in a meshless manner, that allows iterative solving of nonlinear elasto-plastic problems. We have assumed von Mises model with isotropic hardening and small strain approximation. For space discretization we used local colocation method with polyharmonic radial basis functions. For solving constitutive equations we implemented closest point projection alghoritm. We verificated our alghoritm on a case of a tensionally loaded cube. The solution was compared with commercial package Abaqus and found to have a good fit. Developed alghoritm can be used as a basis for implementation in a simulation system for hot rolling.
