Abstract
Zaradi svojih dobrih lastnosti, kot so visoka efektivnost, moč in gostota moči se sinhroni motorji zelo uporabljajo v industrijskem okolju. V zadnjem času, ko se avtomobilski pogoni vse bolj premikajo od klasičnih motorjev z notranjim izgorevanjem k električnim ali vsaj hibridnim pogonskim sklopom, pa imajo vse večji pomen v avtomobilski industriji. Uporabljajo se kot pogonski element v obliki centralnega motorja, in sicer v blizu-kolesni ali v-kolesni obliki. Zadnja je večji razvoj in pozornost začela doživljati v zadnjih nekaj letih. Pri tem je dobro izvedeno in zanesljivo krmiljenje pomemben faktor, saj zelo vpliva na višji izkoristek sistema, zmanjšanje hrupnosti in vibracij ter večjo varnosti potnikov. V diplomski nalogi je potrebno raziskati, kako bi lahko s pomočjo napetosti Ud, ki jo dobimo pri krmiljenju motorja na osnovi polja, zaznali, ali je prišlo do napačne zaznave kota med statorjem in rotorjem elektromotorja. Le ta je namreč bistvenega pomena za pravilno komutacijo. Na merilnem mestu smo zajeli meritve in iz njih interpolirali površine, ki predstavljajo odvisnost napetosti Ud od hitrosti motorja in navora v celotnem delovnem območju motorja, pri različnih kotnih nastavitvah. Te smo na koncu primerjali še z meritvami na avtomobilu in določli ali je metoda primerna za nadaljno uporabo.

Title:Detection of wrong angle offset while commutating a permanent magnet synchronous motor
Abstract:
Because of high efficiency, power and power density, synchronous motors are frequently used in industrial envirnoment. One of the propulsion forms that has lately received more attention in car industry is in-wheel technology. It, along with other forms of electric propulsion, like near-wheel and central electric motors as well as hybrid cars, has started to replace combustion engines. When it comes to synchronous motors, a well designed and reliable commutation algorithm is crucial, since their safety, reliability and efficiency directly hinge on it. The main focus of my thesis to evaluate if we are able to identify an incorrect angle detection of motor's positional sensor using only voltage Ud, which is calculated as a part of a field oriented control. The first step was to generate surfaces of Ud at different artificial rotor angle position errors and then compare those to the actual measurements from a car with the same motors. The last step was to eveluate the results and determine if the method used is suitable for later use.
