Krajšanje časa menjave na stroju za sestavljanje kabelskega snopa

Menjave serij postajajo zaradi večanja raznolikosti izdelkov na strojih vse pogostejše, kar v praksi posledično rezultira v časovne izgube pri opravljanju menjav orodja. Z namenom doseganja čim krajšega časa menjave in čim višjega izkoristka stroja ter posledično tudi večje produktivnosti delovnega procesa in samega delovanja podjetja uporabljamo metodo SMED. Z uporabo obravnavane metode prav tako odločilno vplivamo na produktivnost strojev (OEE) ter posledično pripomoremo k višji fleksibilnosti le-teh, kar pa je ključnega pomena za zagotavljanje konkurenčnosti samega podjetja.

• Title: Reducing change over time on cable harnesses assembly machine

Abstract

As variety of products is increasing there are more frequent changes of product series on machines, which leads to time losses when performing tool changes. With intention of achieving the shortest change time, higher efficiency of machines and consequently higher productivity of work process and company itself, method SMED is used. With usage of considered method we have decisive impact on productivity of machines and contribute to their greater flexibility, which is crucial for ensuring the competitiveness of company itself.
