Abstract
Napravo, pri kateri po procesu brizganja robot s prijemalom statorje potisne čez štiri okrogle krtače in odstrani polimerni film, je bilo zaradi neučinkovitega opravljanja dela potrebno predelati. In sicer tako, da statične krtače nadomestimo z vrtečimi. Za predelavo je bilo potrebno izbrati ustrezni koncept, določiti standardne in nestandardne komponente ter slednjim določiti tudi materialne lastnosti in izdelati pripadajočo tehnično dokumentacijo. Najbolj obremenjene komponente je bilo potrebno trdnostno kontrolirati z ustreznim preračunom.

Title:Modification of the machine for cleaning injection moulded stators
Abstract:
The device, to which the robot pushes stators over its four round brushes and removes the polymer film, was modified due to the inefficient performance. The device had to be modified so that the previously static brushes were replaced by rotating. Within the modification process, it was necessary to select the right concept, to definethe standard and non-standard components, to determine the material properties of the latter and to prepare the corresponding technical documentation. For the most heavily loaded components their load-carrying capacity should be checked with an appropriate strength calculation.
