Abstract
V zaključni nalogi smo obravnavali neemajlirane in emajlirane pločevinaste jeklene epruvete pri statičnih in dinamičnih obremenitvah. Pri statični analizi smo najprej iz rezultatov nateznih preizkusov izračunali mejo tečenja (napetost, pri kateri preide material iz elastičnega področja v plastično) za neemajlirane epruvete oz. natezno trdnost (napetost, pri kateri začne emajl pokati) za emajlirane epruvete, ter modul elastičnosti neemajliranega in emajliranega jekla. Nato smo s pomočjo numerične simulacije analizirali model vsake epruvete, in s primerjanjem dobljenih rezultatov z eksperimentom skušali določiti modul elastičnosti emajla. Iz tega smo lahko nazadnje izračunali še natezno trdnost emajla. V drugem delu zaključne naloge pa smo preverili točnost numeričnega modela še z vidika dinamičnih obremenitev. Z modalno analizo smo določili lastne frekvence na dva načina, najprej z numeričnim modelom, nato pa še z eksperimentom, ter preverili medsebojno ujemanje.

Title:Static and modal analysis of enameled steel sheet metal
Abstract:
In final thesis static and dynamic loads of unenameled and enameled steel sheet metal specimens were studied. Static analysis began with calculating yield strength (point, where plastic deformation initiates) for unenameled steel specimens or ultimate strength (point, where enamel begins cracking) of enameled steel specimens and elasticity modul for both unenameled and enameled steel. Then the elasticity modulus of enamel was found by comparing experimental results with the numerical simulation. Further, ultimate strength of enamel was calculated. In second part of final thesis numerical model was checked with dynamic loads. In modal analysis natural frequencies were obtained in two ways, first with numerical model and then with experiment and results were compared.
