Konstrukcija in analiza nove izvedbe industrijskega puhala

Kot štipendist podjetja Domel in študent fakultete za strojništvo, sem se odločil združiti probleme podjetja z znanjem, pridobljenim na fakulteti. Rezultat pa je rešitev, predstavljena v tem diplomskem delu. Zaradi zahtev trga se je podjetje Domel odločilo razviti novo različico puhala. Za nastanek povsem novega izdelka sem uporabil le dva nova elementa sestava- okrov in pokrov. Konstruiral sem ju z mislijo na funkcionalnost, možnost izdelave, geometrijske omejitve že obstoječih komponent in zahteve trga. Ideja je prerasla v model, ta pa v konkretni izdelek. Izdelek sem tudi testiral s standardnim testom pretočnosti in tlačnih razlik ter testom hrupnosti. Rezultate sem ovrednotil in hkrati ugotavljal, če se izdelek splača izdelovati serijsko.

• Title: Construction and analysis of new brushless blower for industrial application

Abstract

As a scholarship holder of a Domel company and a student of faculty of mechanical engineering I have decided to combine problems of company with knowledge gained at faculty. Results are shown in this diploma. Since the market showed its interest, the Domel company has decided to develop new type of a blower. For construction of whole new type of blower I have only used 2 parts that differed from the previous assembley- cowling and cover. I designed them with thought on functionality, feasibility, geometrical and dimensional restrictions and market demands. The idea grew into model which developed into product. I tested assembly with standard flowing and pressure tests and noise test. I evaluated the results and determined whether the item production does or does not pay of.
